About Me
Currently, I am the E2T2 Technology Coach for eighth grade ELA at Sandhills Middle School where we are focusing on technology integration through the ELA curriculum. Previously, I was located at Sandhills Intermediate School to begin our E2T2 focus.
Originally from the Isle of Palms, I was transplanted to West Columbia after college. A former fifth grade teacher of all disciplines, I have been the technology coach with Lexington Four since January 2002.
What is a Technology Coach
A technology coach provides over the shoulder training and partner teaching opportunities as well as showcase lessons and moral support to teachers as they integrate technology in the classroom. The goal is to infuse 21st Century skills into the curriculum to produce students able to compete in a global economy.
